How to Pray the Rosary of La Santa Muerte

A Catholic rosary consists of 54 beads in a circle, a three-way connector, five beads of different sizes and a cross that dangles from the bottom. Santa Muerte rosaries have an of image of her dangling from the bottom instead of the cross.
Obtain a Santa Muerte rosary. These are available online. You may, also, substitute a traditional rosary. The first time you use your it, cleanse it by wiping it with a cloth dampened with a few drops of grain alcohol.
Hold the rosary in your left hand with your fingers on the image of Santa Muerte. Recite the first prayer, then proceed upward and around the rosary from bead to bead in a counter-clockwise direction as you recite the prayers in succession.
Place your fingers upon the image of Santa Muerte and say:
"O Most Holy Death, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit and by your power over life and death, renew the face of the earth. Let us pray! O Lord, who teaches the hearts of the faithful through Blessed Death, grant us that, by means of the power of the Most Holy and Divine Death, we always receive wise counsel and comfort. Most Precious Holy Death arises out of your Kingdom, your Temple of Divine Wisdom, your Holy Tabernacle. To your divine knowledge and guidance, we turn now and always. Amen."
Then, place your fingers on the first bead and recite the indicated prayer; do the same fore each bead in succession, as follows:
Bead 1: Say the "Our Father.
Beads 2-4: Say the "Glory Be."
Bead 5: Announce the First Mystery, then say the "Our Father," "Hail Mary" and "Glory Be."
Beads 6-15:Say 10 "Hail Marys."
Bead 16: Announce the Second Mystery, then say the "Our Father," "Hail Mary" and "Glory Be."
Beads 17-26: Say 10 "Hail Marys."
Bead 27: Announce the Third Mystery, then say the "Our Father," "Hail Mary" and "Glory Be."
Beads 28-37:Say 10 "Hail Marys."
Bead 38: Announce the Fourth Mystery, then say the "Our Father," "Hail Mary" and "Glory Be."
Beads 39-48: Say 10 "Hail Marys."
Bead 49:Announce the Fifth Mystery, then say the "Our Father," "Hail Mary" and "Glory Be."
Beads 50-59: Say 10 "Hail Marys.
Three-way connector:
Hail! Holy Empress of the Underworld, Most Holy Death, have mercy on me. It is to you I cry in times of need. Turn then, most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy toward me. O Most Holy Death, use your powers on my behalf. Never forsake me, O Beloved Mother of All.
First Mystery:
Most Holy Death receives her scythe.
Second Mystery:
Most Holy Death receives her cloak, with which she protects the world.
Third Mystery:
Most Holy Death receives the Scales of Justice, which she uses to restore balance and tranquility.
Fourth Mystery:
The feet of Most Holy Death are placed upon the earth to serve those who love her.
Fifth Mystery:
Most Holy death is given the power to walk beyond the veil and back, to collect a soul when the flame of life is extinguished. O Most Holy death, join us before the Most High and bless us.
Promises from Santa Muerte to Devotees Who Devoutly Pray the Rosary to Her
1. I shall protect you from evil. 2. I shall protect you from sudden death.
3. I shall protect you from dying alone. 4. I shall answer your prayers. 5. I shall perform miracles. 6. I shall never forsake you in your time of need.
